Do I need a gun licence etc? 6) What do I need to bring to the range? 7) What is the minimum age limit? 8) My friend/s don't want to shoot. Is it OK for them to come along and watch? 9) Is it OK to take photos/video? 10) Can some members of our group make their own way to the range? ________________ 1) Do I have to pre-book or can I just turn up? Yes, you do need to pre-book and pay a deposit as we need to arrange instructors and book transport to and from the range for you. It is not possible to accept a booking without at least the deposit element being paid before the event. Return to top of page 2) Can we pay when we get to the shooting range? You need to pay the deposit when you book but the balance can be paid when you arrive at the range in Euros (cash only). If you would prefer to pre-pay 10 or more days before the event we can accept all major cards over the telephone or send you a PayPal invoice if you prefer to pay online. It works out a little bit cheaper to pre-pay than paying on the day at the range. Any deposit paid forms part of the total payment for the event therefore is not refundable after the event. Return to top of page 3) There are only a couple of us. Can we still shoot? Most of our events in Tallinn require a minimum of 6 people but our Full Monty event is available for bookings of just one person. If you are booking for a smaller group please try to avoid booking around Saturday and Sunday lunchtimes as this is usually fully booked by larger groups. Return to top of page 4) Can I join another group? Unfortunately we cannot put groups together in Tallinn because most groups require exclusivity as they are usually booked as team events (stag groups, corporate team building etc). Return to top of page 5) I've never shot a gun before. Do I need a gun licence etc? For safety reasons all of our shooting events assume zero knowledge or skills with firearms. Our events are designed to give non-shooting customers a really positive introduction to target shooting. Since 2003 over 10,000 Brits have attended Top Gun Tours events at our various locations in Europe and the USA. The vast majority of these people had never shot a gun in their lives. Return to top of page 6) What do I need to bring to the range? All you need to bring is valid photo ID (e.g. passport). The range is indoors so no need for any special outdoor clothing. Eye and ear protection is provided at no additional cost at the range. Return to top of page 7) What is the minimum age limit? 18 years old. It is also possible for younger guests (from 13-17 years old) to shoot if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and at least 72 hours notice is given prior to them shooting. Minimum of 1 parent/guardian per two under 18s. Return to top of page 8) My friend/s don't want to shoot. Is it OK for them to come along and watch? If there is room for the spectators in the vehicle we are happy to have a couple of spectators join your group at no extra charge. We use different size vehicles accrding to the number shooting but there may be extra seats available. Please call us to check (i.e. don't just assume there will be enough seats for spectators at the last minute because the transportation needs to be booked several days before your event). Return to top of page 9) Is it OK to take photos/video? Yes, we are happy for you to take your own photos and video. If you send us the best ones and we use them on our Rogues Gallery we will send you a complimentary Bullet Pen. (Please note that photos must not breach any range safety regulations. If in doubt check with your instructor first). Return to top of page 10) Can some members of our group make their own way to the range? As the range is difficult to find it is not practical to make your own way there. Return to top of page |
