Top Gun Tours refund policy for events cancelled due to travel problems caused by the Icelandic Volcano
We would like to reassure all of our customers that if your shooting event with us needs to be cancelled due the ongoing travel problems caused by the Icelandic volcano we will, unlike many of our competitors, make a full refund of your payment if you contact us at least 24 hours before the shooting event to cancel.
All refunds will be processed within 5 working days of your cancelled event and acknowledged by email.
If you are planning to reschedule within the next six months, we would also be happy, if requested, to hold your deposit until you have had a chance to rebook your holiday dates when things have returned to normal.
